We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email), together with non-identifying technical information (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited) when you accept analytical cookies.

We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending rounds, investment opportunities, legal updates and educational content on the Dominican property market. We never transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your express consent, granted when you submit the subscription form, as well as Lumiqaro's legitimate interest in managing the relationship with potential investors.
5. Retention period
